Americus CS 3000
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- All weather traction
- Enhanced controllability
- Upgraded durability
OVERVIEW
The Americus CS 3000 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. The tire was made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle.
The tire's tread pattern and all season compound improve its all weather traction. The compound maintains the rubber flexibility throughout the year, including in colder winter weather. The optimized symmetric tread design, with the siping detail, increases the tire's grip on the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather. The model also effectively resists hydroplaning. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire boosts its wet and winter weather performance as well.
The tread design upgrades the tire's overall controllability. The flat footprint and the solid shoulder ribs keep the tire's contact with the road surface at all times. As a result, the tire boosts its steering responsiveness and driving stability. This enhances the tire's steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while it stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure affecting the model. The better control over the tires enables the vehicle's safer drive.
The CS 3000 upgrades the tire's load and driving durability. The tire's internal structure upgrades the tire's load carrying capability. It reinforces the structure against the driving and load pressure affecting the model, which prevents the optimal shape's deformation during the tire's performance. This allows the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, guaranteeing a secure performing ability.
