OVERVIEW

The Airloc Smooth is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and other garden equipment vehicles. This model was made for the front swivel casters on professional zero-turn lawn mowers.

The tire promotes excellent turf terrain traction. The smoother footprint ensures the tire's surface contact throughout its performance, which greatly optimizes the soft and loose turf grip. The flat footprint ensures the tire's exceptional driving safety levels, as the minimal tread pattern guarantees the tire's close and constant surface traction. This ensures the model's optimized performing power.

The smooth footprint and the softer traction allow the tire to ease the pressure off the tire. These tread elements guarantee a turf friendly driving experience, by minimizing pressure placed on the turf. As a result, excessive traction does not loosen up the ground or harm the grass field during the tire's off-road, turf terrain drive. This makes the tire perfect for lawn mower application.

The Smooth also promotes great controllability. The smooth footprint ensures a close turf contact, which improves the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In this manner, the model promotes a better steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands. It also greatly boosts the structural stability against the driving pressure affecting the tire. This results in the driver's better control over the vehicle.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
