OVERVIEW

The Advance MB-242 is an all season tire manufactured for industrial vehicles.

The tire promotes great controllability. The wider and flat footprint enables the tire's constant and close surface contact, which greatly boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the better surface contact allows the tire to offer a quick and precise steering response to the driver's commands, while it effectively secures the structural stability throughout the performance. This combination greatly improves the driver's control over the vehicle during its industrial application.

The tread design and the damage resistance improve the service life significantly. The flat footprint and the stability of the tread blocks enables the tire's even pressure distribution, which avoids irregular wear formations. The stronger compound, on the other hand, allows the tire to prevent premature wear formations by avoiding heat build-up along the tread area. The compound elements also manage to resist tread damage from shortening the service life, as they prevent the tread's chipping, cracking and tearing. The model's strengthened internal structure combats external damage, such as punctures, cuts and impact damage, ensuring a lengthened usability.

In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
