OVERVIEW
The Accelera M/T-01 is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks.
The tire promotes excellent all weather traction, even in winter weather. The tread design features deep grooves and staggered edge tread blocks that increase the road grip in dry, wet and winter conditions. The deep grooves actively avoid hydroplaning by eliminating water, mud and slush from beneath the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire maintains constant road contact which boosts the year round driving safety and performance.
The model performs excellently off-road. The deep tread groove design improves the tire's off-road traction and it finds good road grip on all uneven, soft and loose road surfaces. The model performs especially well on mud-covered road surfaces. The self-cleaning nature of the tread design cleans out mud from between the tread elements to ensure a clean footprint at all times to upgrades the mud terrain traction. The tread blocks feature special stone ejecting sipes that eliminate stones and rocks from between the tread elements to ensure a safer drive by preventing stone retention.
The maintained constant road contact of the tread design enhances the model's controllability. The road contact boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability during on and off-road performance. The tire's steering is swift and accurate in its response to the driver's commands and it is stabilized against the driving pressures affecting it. As a result, the tire is controlled with ease in all weather and it offers a safer, more responsive drive.
The M/T-01 offers an extended tread life and tire usability. The staggered edge tread blocks prevent irregular wear patterns from forming across the tread area. This is achieved by evenly distributing the driving pressure on the tread surface which prevents uneven wear patterns from forming. The longevity of the even wear extends the tire's usability, making it more cost efficient.
The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.
