The BKT Snow Trac is a winter tire made for industrial vehicles.

The model guarantees excellent winter weather traction and hydroplaning resistance. The ideal tread design and the winter compound boost performance in colder conditions. The tread design is able to closely follow wet, snow, and icy roads. The winter compound keeps the rubber flexible in cold and freezing temperatures. Wide grooves prevent hydroplaning, as they disperse water and slush from below the footprint. The tread elements and special compound ensure the tire's safe driving experience during winter conditions.

The aggressive tread design, with the large tread elements, enables the tire to keep consistent road contact. This improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands are faster and more precise, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The large shoulder blocks boost cornering and maneuvering and give the driver full control over the vehicle.

The reinforced internal structure and the durable compound maintain the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
