The Nexen N7000 is a performance and high performance, depending on the specific speed rating of the specific size, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
This tire has excellent all weather traction, including in winter conditions and low temperatures. This is due to the Kerf design of the tire. In other words, the multiple small sipes in the tread pattern, enhance the tire’s road gripping power. The circumferential and lateral tread grooves help channel water from below the tire’s footprint, actively resisting dangerous hydroplaning situations. This means the tire becomes safer to use in inclement weather.
The arrow shaped rib design improves the tire’s high speed driving performance without sacrificing comfort. The tire has excellent traction at high speeds and will grip the road well in all weather conditions. The cornering traction was boosted with the special shoulder tread design, which provides additional biting edges to grip the road. The combination of the tread pattern and the tire compound stabilize the tire at high speeds. The enlarged footprint maintains constant contact with the road and increases the tire’s braking traction, shortening the braking distance.
The N7000’s shoulder round tread blocks reduce the road noise heard in the cabin of the vehicle. This provides a quiet and comfortable driving experience.
