The Goodyear Armor Max Pro Grade MSD is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for the vehicle's drive axle.
This model offers excellent on- and off-road terrain traction. The staggered block placement and high void ratio enhance the tire's exceptional versatile terrain performance. These tread elements boost the tire's exceptional consistent drive, optimizing its grip on the road and terrain contact at all times. The tread also keeps the footprint clean by dispersing mud and snow and ejecting rocks. As a result, mud and snow cannot block the surface contact, while also avoiding stone retention. This model offers great exceptional driving safety levels.
The tire promotes better damage resistance. The tread design and durable compound protect the tread area and casing while the tires are in motion. The footprint and stronger casing work together to protect the structure from punctures, cuts, and impact damage. On the other hand, stronger rubber materials avoid the tread's chipping, cracking, and tearing. This combination protects the tread area and casing, guarding the tire during its performance.
The Goodyear Armor Max Pro Grade MSD features a reinforced internal structure which increases its load durability. The mixed service under-tread layer and casing maintain the tire's ideal shape under load and driving pressure. Since the structure does not deform under load and driving pressure, increasing its overall load capacity. This boosts the tire's load-carrying and withstanding ability, making it perfect for heavy-duty vehicles.
There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertized represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
