Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

Firestone Destination LE3

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • All Season Traction
  • Upgraded Handling Ability
  • Fuel Efficient Tire

OVERVIEW

The Firestone Destination LE3 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs. This model has numerous touring sizes available for passenger cars as well. The manufacturer offers a 70,000 mile warranty for each available size.

This model can seamlessly establish traction with the road surface no matter the weather conditions. The tread boasts lateral and angled sipes that populate the tread with biting edges. They guarantee reliable traction throughout the year in wet, dry, and winter conditions as well. Another key attribute that enhances traction is the all season rubber blend. It keeps the tire flexible both in the hot summer and during the freezing winter, promoting adaptability. The circumferential grooves help the tire disperse obstructing elements such as water, slush, or snow.

The tire is designed with fuel efficiency in mind. The tread maintains constant road contact, utilizing the flat footprint to ease some pressure off the tire. The lower the pressure on the tread, the less fuel is required to drive the tire at the same speed. The result is lowered rolling resistance, which is in direct correlation with the tire's fuel consumption. This way, the tire also lowers CO2 emissions to a significant degree, promoting environmental friendliness through fuel consciousness.

The tread pattern is fully optimized for smooth controllability, maintaining road contact with the center ribs. The tire utilizes the shoulder blocks to counteract the forces of steering, braking, and acceleration. The center ribs also play a huge role in stabilizing the tire, improving its steering responsiveness. This model enables the driver to rely on faster and more precise responses as the tire has its structure stabilized against the driving pressure. The Destination LE3 guarantees that the driver has full control over the vehicle throughout the performance.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
