The Vredestein Quatrac 5 is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has touring sizes available as well. Vredestein also offers a 45,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire improves the all weather traction. The model combines the all season compound and the ideal tread design increasing the dry, wet and winter weather grip. The stronger compound elements allow the tire to greatly improve the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures, ensuring a safer summer and winter weather performance. The tread's optimal block pattern and the high-density siping placement also improves the grip on the road surface with the use of extra biting edges. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint. In this manner, water does not block the surface contact, boosting the wet weather driving safety levels.

The ideal asymmetric tread design also greatly enhances the controllability. The center ribs maintain the surface contact during the performance, boosting the steering responsiveness and the driving stability.
