OVERVIEW

The Vanguard STR II is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The tire combines the all season compound and the symmetric ribbed tread design to upgrade the year round driving safety. The tire improves the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, keeping the tire cool in summer heat and upgrading its cold temperature durability. The symmetric tread's detailed siping and lateral groove pattern enhances the tire's grip on dry, wet and winter weather road conditions. The tread's circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint, actively preventing hydroplaning and further improving the wet and winter weather traction.

The tread design's optimal pattern enhances the tire's controllability. The tread design's ribbed pattern closely follows the road surface at all times, boosting the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the better road contact improves the steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle's commands, while structural stability is ensured during the drive. This combination enables the tire to upgrade the towing vehicle's control over the trailer throughout the drive, guaranteeing a safer driving experience.

The STR II increases the load and driving durability in versatile weather. The reinforced construction's nylon overlay structure strengthens the tire against the load and driving pressure affecting it. This structure does not allow the tire to deform under the pressure, further upgrading the driving safety.
