OVERVIEW
The Nexen N5000 is a high performance all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. Nexen offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
The model's excellent all weather traction is the result of the combination of the all season tire compound and the special tread pattern. They grip the road well in dry, wet and even winter weather conditions and enhance the driving safety year round. The circumferential tread grooves channel water away from the footprint and increase the wet weather traction and the hydroplaning resistance. In this manner, the tire maintains its road contact constantly and does not let the water on the road surface block its contact with the road.
The tire's wider center tread block design improves the driving stability and the steering responsiveness. The constant road contact stabilizes the tire against the external driving forces affecting it. The tire follows the road constantly enhancing the steering responsiveness and accuracy. As a result, the tire is more precise and quick in its response to the driver's instructions. This also offers a better road feedback to the driver, who can confidently control the tire in all weather conditions.
The braking and cornering abilities were upgraded as well. The special directional rib design increases the tire's braking ability and shortens the braking distance. The tread design creates friction at the moment of braking, which boosts the tire's braking power. The tread design's shoulder tread blocks grip the road firmly and provide additional biting edges for an enhanced cornering and maneuvering capability. If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
