OVERVIEW
The Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 is a performance and high performance, winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
The tire promotes excellent winter weather traction. The tire compound and tread design work together to increase the snow and ice gripping ability. The silica-based Helio sunflower oil compound maintains its optimal flexibility in cold temperatures as well, while the asymmetric tread design finds good grip to ensure a safer drive. The tire received the three mountain peak and snowflake symbol that notes its capability of conquering the harshest winter weather. The tread design's circumferential grooves actively prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint.
The model's controllability was also enhanced. The tread design's different elements work together to ensures a safer performance. The tread design features 3D StabiliGrip sipes that firmly grip the road surface. These sipes create and improve the friction generated when braking to effectively shorten the braking distance, promoting a safer drive. They, along with the tread design, increase the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. The tire is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it, while the steering becomes quick and precise in its responsiveness to the driver's commands. The outer shoulder tread design upgrades the cornering ability and power by boosting the number of biting edges that grip the road surface. The combination of these elements ensures a more secure drive in all winter weather.
The Pilot Alpin PA4 guarantees exceptional performance. The internal structure features twin steel belts reinforced with the FAZ Technology, spirally wrapped polyester cord filaments, maintain the tire's optimal shape. The prevention of deformation allows the tire to perform to its best ability and ensures a first-rate performance even on snow and ice-covered road surfaces.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
