Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Falken Wildpeak A/T4W
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- All terrain traction
- Upgraded driving durability
- Longer-lasting tread life
- All weather performance
OVERVIEW
The Falken Wildpeak A/T4W is an all terrain, all weather tire made for light trucks and SUVs. Falken offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with light truck sizes and a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with SUV sizes of this model.
The tire promotes exceptional on- and off-road traction. The staggered tread blocks, their stiffer tread area, the deeper tread, and the upper sidewall pattern work together to improve the on- and off-road grip. In other words, these tread elements enable the tire to enhance forward motion throughout the performance. These elements allow the tire to upgrade deep mud and loose dirt traction, optimizing traction. These tread elements allow the tire to improve its self-cleaning capability. The footprint eliminates mud and snow from the footprint, while actively resisting stone retention from harming the tire's footprint.
The model increases load durability and damage resistance. The compound blend and the optimal tread design combat tread and casing damage. The tread ejects rocks, resisting stone retention. Stronger rubber materials protect the tread area from the tread's chipping, cracking, and tearing, while the construction prevents punctures, cuts, and impact damage. Furthermore, the structure also helps increase load durability as it does not deform under load pressure.
All weather traction is offered with this model. Detailed tread elements and stronger compound materials increase the tire's true year-round grip. This combination allows the tire to securely perform in dry, wet, and even severe winter weather. The tread elements, and their detailed siping placement, generate biting edges that grip the road. On the other hand, the compound keeps the tire pliable in hot summer and freezing winter conditions. Hydroplaning is resisted with the ideal groove pattern.
The Falken Wildpeak A/T4W boosts its service life and usability. The optimized tire footprint spreads driving pressure equally across the tread area. The even distribution of the forces of acceleration, cornering, and braking prevents irregular wear across the tread area. As a result, the ideal tread pattern is resistant to uneven tread wear as it increases the tire's driving stability. The improved stability, the slower wearing tread, and the prevention of uneven wear combined extend the tire's usability.
All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
