FEATURES AND BENEFITS

- Upgraded handling ability
- Quiet driving experience
OVERVIEW
The Continental 4x4 WinterContact is a performance, winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.
This model takes advantage of its specially designed tread elements that promote a quiet driving experience. This specially designed footprint is able to prevent airwaves from coming into contact with the tread elements and generating tread noise. It lowers the road disturbances before they are able to reach the vehicle's cabin. In other words, this promotes a quiet and comfortable driving experience in winter weather conditions.
The detailed tread blocks with high density sipe pattern provide a high number of biting edges and boost the overall handling ability in winter conditions. These tread elements boost the performance on icy and snowy road surfaces, improving the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's instructions. The high density siping provides additional biting edges and boosts the overall maneuvering ability, enabling the driver to control the vehicle with confidence all the time.
The Continental 4x4 WinterContact's detailed tread design elements and durable compound materials offer a phenomenal winter weather traction. The detailed tread blocks with zigzag sipes enhance the overall road gripping ability and promote a superb traction on wet and snow-covered road surfaces. The circumferential and lateral grooves eject water and slush from the footprint, actively resisting the risk of hydroplaning on wet and snowy roads. This guarantees an excellent and safer winter weather performance.
