OVERVIEW

The Carlisle Traks Max is an all season, all terrain tire created for ATVs and UTVs.

The tire's tread depth and zigzag lugs make it suitable for a range of off-road terrains. The lugs are evenly divided into smaller pieces, adding even more biting edges to establish traction with. There are also blocks on the upper sidewall that help with terrain grip during cornering. All these tread elements work together to upgrade the tire's traction for soft, loose, and uneven terrain conditions.

This model relies on a directional lug placement that is designed to optimize the tire's surface contact. While it's in motion, it is easier for the driver to command the vehicle, as it ensures quicker and more accurate steering responses. The arrangement of the zigzag lugs greatly increases the model's driving stability as well, which is important for a safe driving experience. With this tread pattern, the tire provides a high level of controllability even on some of the more difficult off-road terrain surfaces.

The Traks Max keeps its own footprint clean throughout the performance, due to its detailed tread design. With the high void ratio, it can easily channel all the rocks, mud, and snow away from the footprint without interrupting the traction. This makes side-slipping almost impossible for the tire, as the tire's surface contact is never really blocked. Another benefit of the high void ratio is that rocks can't get stuck between the lugs, saving the tire from stone retention.
