OVERVIEW

The Cachland 181CTL is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

This model offers first-rate all weather traction. The symmetric ribbed tread pattern and the all season tire compound work together to improve the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tire compound maintains its flexibility throughout the year, including in colder temperatures, and special weather resistant sidewall rubber compound prevents weather damage from harming the tire's tread area. The ribbed tread manages to keep a firm grip on the road surface at all times. The wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The enhanced all weather traction and hydroplaning resistance boosts the tire's year round performance and it makes the towing vehicle's job easier.

The model is resistant to different damages. The tread's self-cleaning nature manages to maintain a clean footprint. The wide grooves eliminate mud and snow and eject rocks stuck between the tread elements. This keeps the tire's constant road contact and actively resists stone retention from damaging the tire's casing. The special polyamide and steel tread protection reinforced the tire's internal structure. The strengthened construction effectively avoids punctures and cuts from deflating the tire, while it also resists tread separation. The better protection against damage increases the tire's service life.

The 181CTL offers a longer lasting tread life. The optimal tire compound blend is wear-resistant which slows the tread wear rate down greatly. The ribbed tread pattern, on the other hand, manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids the formation of irregular tread wear on the tire's surface. The slower even tread wear lengthens the tire's tread life and usability significantly.
