Aplus A 867 145R12 85/83Q D (8 Ply) AS A/S All Season Tire

Aplus A 867

  • All weather traction
  • Enhanced controllability
  • Upgraded durability
  • High driving comfort levels

The Aplus A 867 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles and light trucks.

The model enhances the year round traction. It utilizes the all season compound and the optimal ribbed tread design to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The ribbed tread design, with the detailed siping placement, enhances the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures, from cold winter conditions to high heat summer situations. The tread's circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. They disperse water and slush from below the footprint, further enhancing the wet and winter driving safety levels.

The tread design also helps enhance the controllability. The ribbed tread design upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability by maintaining the ideal surface contact throughout the tire's performance. This results in a faster and more precise steering response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure. The shoulder block placement helps upgrade the tire's surface grip during maneuvering. This allows the tire to use additional biting edges to ensure a secure cornering power, while optimizing the tire's contact with the road surface.

The strengthened internal structure boosts the model's durability and service life. The ply construction protects the tire from external damage during its performance. On the other hand, it also maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting the model. As a result, the tire is able to easily carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, increasing the overall load capacity. The durable compound and the ideal tread design help increase the usability. The tread enables even pressure distribution along the tread area, while the compound resists premature wear with the wear-resistant performing ability. This combination greatly lengthens the model's tread life.

The A 867 upgrades the comfort levels. The tread design's variable pitch sequence minimizes the road noise formations while the tires are in motion. The variable pitch sequence negates the sound waves created with a special sound frequency, before they can be heard in the vehicle's cabin. The strengthened construction on the other hand allows the tire to withstand the shock of driving, significantly minimizing the road vibrations felt during the drive. This results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
